Research is not fun without collaborations

Active Collaborations

I am deeply passionate about interdisciplinary and collaborative research, particularly at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computer vision, earth observation, and medical imaging. Some of my active research collaborations include:

  • You will probably find me together with Stergios my officemate and closest collaborator in this research journey.
  • You could also maybe find me in Therapanacea which host me some of the days during the week.
  • Even with 6 hours difference, I enjoy discussions and e-meetings about digital pathology with Stony Brook University and in particular Dimitris and Prateek.
  • I learn a lot about cancer and the different open medical challenges with discussions from the excellent clinicians of Gustave Roussy through the Prism center and the team of Eric Deutsch.
  • I am very lucky to collaborate with Marie-Pierre Revel and Guillaume Chassagnon from AH-PH Cochin Hospital. Their passion and insights about interstitial lung diseases are always admirable.
  • More recently, I learned a lot about kidney transplant and urology from Marc-Olivier Timsit.
