Automatic Pipelines for processing Tumoral Organoids

In collaboration with Gustave Roussy and Jaulin Lab and other partners we are participating in the RHU Organomic project, on developing novel imaging-based high-throughput screening method to assess real-time drug efficacy from a time-lapse microscopy video of patient-derived organoids (PDO).

  • In Fillioux et. al 2023 we explore for the use of powerful large foundation models for the automatic processing of PDO data.
